***Please note we will be taking a break between Christmas and New Year - any orders placed after 23rd December will be shipped in the first week of January.

We are a small team and work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible but please bear in mind we are not a Fast Fashion business - and we're very proud for that!

Shipping Policy

Fair Bazaar works with DHL and CTT - Correios de Portugal. DHL and CTT follow principles of sustainability and have green emissions policies, both fundamental in our decision to choose a logistic partner.

How can I foresee the shipping rate of my order?

Shipping Rates are calculated based on the total weight of the selected products on your cart and the address of destination. To calculate the final price, you just need to go to your cart, select "calculate shipping" and put on the correct address details.

Portugal 

Usually it takes us between 1-2 working days to process your order. After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order between 1-2 working days.

Please note that, if you're order is placed after 3 PM Mon-Fri, your order will only be processed in the following working day. 

Europe

Usually it takes us between 1-2 working days to process your order. After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order between 3-5 working days if the logistic partner available for your country is DHL, and between 5-7 working days if the logistic partner available for your country is CTT.

Please note that, if you're order is placed after 3 PM Mon-Fri, your order will only be processed in the following working day.

*The shipping partners for the rest of Europe will be chosen according to cost per kilogram, speed of delivery & sustainability. We couldn´t make a final decision because each country has very different rates from company to company. Hence, each case is unique for these countries.

Rest of the world

Usually it takes us between 1-2 working days to process your order. After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order within 5-8 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To send the product back to us, please send us an email with the subject "Return Order #yourorder" to info@thefairbazaar.com.

Please understand that, as a small business, we want to make sure that all of our clients are fully satisfied with the experience at Fair Bazaar. We chose this system because it guarantees us full satisfaction on both sides, and that every case is taken care of personally. 

Please make sure that the following conditions are met:

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, to be eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods - with the exception of OrganiCup, which is covered by our Return Policy - or gift cards. 



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned items are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Fair Bazaar replaces items if they are defective, damaged or if you're not satisfied with the overall product. In case of personal care and beauty products - with the exception of OrganiCup - the item must be unused. All changes will be made using the same original shipping service available for your country.  

We reserve the right not to accept returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Please don't ship your item directly to us. Contact us at info@thefairbazaar.com for further informations.

If the product is in perfect conditions - not used, and with proof of purchase - Fair Bazaar will assume the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the process is different if your country is not eligible for DHL shipping.
Also, and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
